(More customer reviews)If you buy from BulkFilter, you do NOT get a pair of authentic Honeywell 38002 filters. You get a "compatible" bulk product. This is not stated on the main product listing. You have to click the "Buy New" options to see the disclaimer from BulkFilter. There, you will see this:
"NEW CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ: BULKfilter has been selling generic filters at commercial bulk prices for over 8 years and has thousands of satisfied customers.....If you want Brand name filters, please look for a different listing."
They seem to work fine, but I am disappointed that this is not clearly disclosed on the product listing page.
