(More customer reviews)Manul shows 3 filters: 'washable pre-filter', 'carbon filter' and 'hepa filter', yet only gives part number for washable pre-filter and hepa filter (which they confusingly suddenly call 'main filter').
Call Kaz - even more confused. Guy couldn't tell me what filters the unit needed, but he did know they were not in stock (whatever they were).
Easy to buy the air-purifier - hard to buy the filters.
