(More customer reviews)My allergist recommended an air purifier for my home to help me manage my asthma. I shopped for it online but ended up buying it elsewhere. I have had this one for about a month and it's made a big difference. It's not loud and because it's a tower I can put it in an area of the room where it's not in the way...in fact, I forget its there. I live in Oregon and spring is a terrible allergy season. I've been very happy with the improvement in my health and can only assume that my purifier is at least in part the reason.

With its slim, space-saving tower design, this air purifier offers out-of-the-way placement while effectively delivering cleaner, healthier indoor air to rooms up to 180 square feet (12 by 15 feet). Choose from three speed settings: low for quieter operation, medium for continuous use, or high for poor air-quality conditions. The unit's HEPA-type filter removes up to 99-percent of airborne particles, as small as two microns, from the air that passes through it for a CADR of 116 for smoke, 110 for dust, and 110 for pollen. The filter also comes enhanced with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda to help absorb and eliminate common household odors. Even more, the purifier offers an optional ionizer, which releases negative ions to help freshen the air naturally. The negative ions connect with positively charged particles to form larger particles that can be more readily picked up by the filter. A built-in filter-service indicator takes the guesswork out of wondering when it's time to change the filter (replacement filters sold separately), and the included remote control makes it possible to change the settings from anywhere in the room. The air purifier measures 11-1/6 by 8-2/9 by 29-5/8 inches and carries a two-year limited warranty.
